When I was a little girl and my mom would wake me up early for church or something to put rollers in my hair… used to loooove when the warm ones would rest on my head and ears. Put me right back to sleep

Pin them in a curl against your head once you take them out, to let them cool and set. Spray them as well.

Look at how they do them in desperate housewives! Do a Mohawk with them, then work your way down afterwards. I always recommend do the hair first, then your makeup. That way it can cool down longer. And spray with hairspray before you take them out!

My hair doesn’t hold a curl for shit and I have really high humidity where I live so I have to put a bunch of mousse and heat spray and hairspray and leave them in for an hour and a half.

As an elder millennial what do you mean the 60s? I feel old. 😂 We grew up using hot rollers, and the girls in my college dorm still used them. They held a curl longer than a curling iron for me with way more volume. I probably need to buy another set and go back to using them. 🥰

You can put a regular Velcro roller in the one spot that you removed the roller and that will hold it better
