Check your high pressure fuel pump mine ended up leaking into the oil and caused thin oil and was giving me a small misfire to a big misfire

open the oil cap while idling, is the engine staring to shake? and you have to look on the valves if u didn't have a carbon buildup on them

Have you done a compression test? My 2019 5.0L started having a misfire, I changed the coil packs and switched the spark plugs and it didn’t make any difference. Did a compression and one cylinder had 40 psi less compression then the others

Get rid of the stock intake. These things need a ton of air when tuned. People run Cummins filters on these things
