Pretty common, there’s a tsb for it. Hpfp is leaking internally and the dirty side PCV is drawing in the fuel vapor through the nipple on the VLOM up into the intake

HPFP. extremely common on these DI engines. pretty much any DI engine.

Dude! I did a YT video about this. Same troubleshooting steps. Great minds think alike. Mine ended up being a HPFP. I hope you have a high creeper. PITA. Nothing to lean on except sharp plastic and pointy brackets.

unplug the maf see if trims correct. if they do problem is air if not the problem is fuel. reality is it's hpfp leaking. replace it and do an oil change
