@vcanimalservices: Ash is a sweet, social, affectionate dog who has previously lived successfully with dogs/cats/kids. She struggles with anxiety and can become extremely vocal (sounds like human screaming) and over-aroused, including grabbing clothing in episodes of arousal. This has led to one minor bite incident and, most recently, repeated tearing of a volunteer’s shirt. She is looking for a patient, experienced home that can provide structure, exercise, and positive guidance, ideally without young children or close neighbors due to her noise level. Ash's lack of improvement, limited placement options, and continued escalating behavior make her need for placement especially urgent. We are currently working on what may be a final plea for Ash to our rescue partners and social media. Humane euthanasia may be considered if no placement is found.
