because Uber have the features that you can request kid ride or add your teen to your account, he looks tall so look like a teen and he just need to give the app code to the drive.

had I been more smart as a child, I honestly would have done the same thing 🤭 with my favorite blue luggage, two packs of gummy worms, and a portable cd player so I can listen to Thalía on the way there to wherever I wanted to go at the time.

As an uber driver, I would never have this happen with out parents permission. Yes I have had to take kids home from school with uber because their moms car broke down and was very pregnant.

it's not unclear how the kid was allowed to there's teen accounts. they advertise them all the time. the teen account don't require a parent to be there

I'm glad I didn't know how to start a car and drive it when I was 4 and 5. I would have done it. I had dreams about it often. My point is that, parents are not at fault for everything that their children choose to do without their knowledge. Responsible for them: yes. At fault: no.
