these periods happen because ur meant to stop giving out ur energy to people. Ur meant to focus on urself and step into another timeline for yourself. being able to choose yourself and be a better steward of urself/responsible for yourself. a lot of people can’t do it and they choose to be with someone. it’s not a bad thing to be with somebody but you’re no longer able to choose yourself only and it builds resentment in people as they get older. we all know people like this. that’s why these periods, months or years, ur supposed to be choosing yourself. what you do with that that time, which is a gift, will show in your personality and light that you share with the world
