imo you should skip all the mid tier fountain pens and just go straight to your holy grail if you journal a lot! i have 4 fountain pens but i will always go back to the pilot custom 823 its so worth it!

As someone who’s favorite (non-fountain-) pen is muji 0.38, the kaweco sport EF is perfect. And the pen is really light so my hand doesn’t get tired at all. I have other fountain pens (fancier, pricier etc) but Kaweco’s still are my absolut favorites ❤️

get the smaller bottles of the pilot ink! theyre alot cheaper and you can try more variations <3 some resellers also do trial vials

If you liked the pilot kakuno I recommend the kaweco sport!! it’s not that pricey either ^__^

Pilot Iroshizuku Rikka is a fav of mine, I recommend a sample! I've spent so much on many fps and Kakuno is a still a forever fav 😍
