idk there's something different about learning on your own. i learn not because i want to become pro or anything, but because it's something i've always wanted to be good at it. every miss i have to get, every ball i lose control of while handling i have to run to go get, every rebound i have to get. there's no one telling me im doing a good job, bad job, not going hard enough. all i have is myself. i think that's the hardest part of training by yourself, is that the only person holding yourself accountable is you. when you are fatigued, sore, in pain, you don't have another voice telling you to push through.

I’m a self taught hooper and a year ago in 7th I struggled with confidence and when summer came I told myself everyday to keep going and when I started 8th grade I was more confident than ever and now I’m going to high school ready to prove myself in front of the crowd and much more

I am trying my best to grow closer to you and I hope you can forgive me.:(Psalm 23:4)it says, even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." This reminds us that even in the darkest and most challenging times, God is with us, and He is our comfort and our guide. As it's written in (Romans 8:38-39) "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." This verse assures us that nothing can separate us from God's love, and that He is always with us, no matter what we're going through. IN JESUS NAME WE SAY???
