@flipstoprofit: There isn’t one “perfect” inventory system. Our bin system helped us build a business averaging around $40k/month, and honestly, I don’t think we could’ve gotten here with any other system. It gave us the speed we needed at the stage we were in. Every inventory system has its pros and cons. The key is choosing the one that fits the stage of your business. Now that we’ve grown, we’re making the switch to individual SKUs. It won’t be easier. In fact, it’ll probably be slower at first. But we’re building the business we want a year from now, not the one we had a year ago. We’ll be documenting the entire transition.
