Ingredients: 🥩 2 lbs ground beef 🫑 1 medium green bell pepper, diced 🧅 2 small yellow onions, diced 🌮 2 packets taco seasoning (or 6 TBS homemade taco blend) 💧 1 1/4 cups water, DIVIDED 🥣 2 cups Bisquick 🍦 1/2 cup sour cream 🥚 1/2 cup mayonnaise 🧀 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, DIVIDED 🌶️ 4 oz canned diced green chilies 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper 🍅 14 oz canned diced tomatoes, drained 🌽 14 oz canned whole kernel corn, drained Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
