I thought the 731 was dropped in the Underworld during April and was with Xavier’s lore? Also I assumed the 731 was supposed to be July 31? And that an event or something with the main story was going to happen on that date lol.

For those confused, 731 doesn’t have anything to do with Valko. It was one of the points against Infold that hurt CN fans. Apparently a few had reported it when it came out but it was never changed until now. They also wanted an apology for it which didn’t happen.

I believe a big part of it is also rare main story updates, problems regarding rewards system, how much of the game has become “pay to play,” etc., that introducing a new love interest felt like Infold trying to distract people so they wouldn’t have to address the problems with their game.

I deleted the game, unfollowed, blocked, left groups, and let others know too. I have lads friends irl and im not pushing them to quit. I respect them and know they spent money on the game so I hope others that continue the game have a happy journey. mine just stopped. I left a updated review. and signed a petition

All the women safety concerns are out the door for complaints. I started playing two months ago. Learned rafayels Eros card he kidnaps and drugs you. The catch-22 cards I watched this morning before I saw the announcement can have the MC potentially die if you let them. Zayne has killed people with his double personality and choked you out. All of them lie to you at one point or another. Sylus forces a resonance with you. Caleb threatens to lock you up in his home and drugs you.

The translations for the CN version of those phrases lean more towards “ it’s okay to let a dangerous man into your home” and they CN media was worried it would market women who live alone to put themselves in danger. The phrasing is apparently very watered down for EN players because of translation. They were also going to sell doorknockers and stuff with the CN phrases verbatim and they rubbed everyone the wrong way. However the 731 slip up was CRAZY uncalled for I guess they doubled down after the backlash and replaced it with 611 which is another horrible event in Chinese/ Japanese history before removing the numbers entirely and stating it was indeed a coincidence (yeah ok) it’s important to this narrative because of the fact it was in Chinese media meaning the company was under government watch and investigation and now with valko they are under government heat AGAIN which is bad news for a company already treading on thin ice with censorship laws
