Straight away l'm thinking, no ... you'll definitely get a soggy base & those strawberries will collapse ??? Thats a lot of liquid going on top of raw pastry ? Anyone tried this ?

Sheffield, England. You'd have to buy a lot of punnets of strawberries to get that many perfectly equally sized strawberries. Not really feasible without considerably excessive expense
