I'm going to try using a bamboo toothbrush. And maybe use this Miswak in between brushing. But I love my spin brush. we need to change for the better for ourselves. Sometimes it takes baby steps to make changes. Remember we have been lied to about so many things. Changes are good and we grow from this.
