and sometimes they were operating before their time, born with the gift didn't fully understand the purpose they weren't ready, they started before God ordained them to so they end up getting tired of what the calling comes with, and some go humbly but get distracted anxious for fame and money they start taking the glory that should be given to God, sometimes they get a reset or a full disconnection if they don't want to humble and wait on God's plan

Now this, I agree with. Many preachers have descended into self-indulgent lifestyles and use lies to cover-up their loss of strength. For example, people are just making up dollar amounts during offering time. Also, the Lord told me how many used to trust Him but now go on autopilot with past sermon notes and such because they've abandoned studying and prayer devotion.
