#PARROTX2 ; okay I don’t know what to think of this edit but WHATEVER IT‘S MADE AND DONE oh my GOSH this video was literally so good I was actually losing my mind while watching it uuguhhhh I love Parrot SO much dude his character is just so well written I can’t I love him Also I wrote this comment on yt so why not put it here too: I really love how throughout almost this entire video, we don’t see Parrot wearing any golden armor. I think that’s really interesting because practically every prisoner we see is wearing some, to me, this kind of makes it seem like those people have accepted their living conditions in some way. They’ve accepted that they’re never going to escape. Another way to look at it, is it symbolizing that these people have adapted to living in the prison, they’ve accepted that they’re going to be stuck in there for a long time. But not Parrot. Parrot, from the beginning, doesn’t let himself be conformed to this place. He shows no intentions of hiding his goals (escaping with everyone), he is unapologetically himself. And I like the fact that he only wears the golden boots at the very end, when he finally has a successful escape plan because in that moment, to me at least, it seemed more like a sign of community. He’s showing the other players that he’s just like them, he’s been in the prison for a while but he didn’t conform.
