Dawg I watched ts in imax with my brother and the amount of side eyes we have eachother because of the movie was treacherous bro, Melissa benoist did good as supergirl but they genuinely half assed the movie soo much the problems she deals with aren’t crazy at all the only crazy part is how bad she loses half of the time 5/10 only cs of the imax

Tbh the reason it flopped is because audiences don’t have a connection to the character or the universe. The SECOND movie in a new universe being about a non heavy hitter character we’ve seen for 2 minutes on screen is a problem. Imo they should’ve let her be in Man of Tomorrow alongside Clark, then if she gets praise from fans, give her the movie in Early-Mid 2028.
