This exact thing happened to me last week same 3 pieces of items missing 😔 first I messaged where I bought them and they said that everything was shipped off , so I messaged the shipping company and they said they were going to investigate I messaged them yesterday and they said they will reordered them so I’m here waiting

If it’s the same that I use. This happened before and I had to reach out to customer service or rather someone I knew working there. Due to this they tracked routes until they got it just to find the missing items if not get reimbursed

What on earth??? I know sometimes they open the packages at customs but there’s no way they can just let this slide.

head up sometime the company dont actually send the 6 item otherwise if u know anyone that work at a shipping company. the package have to open because sometime the item is over 100 and if you are to use based off thee weight . The item would be charged only for weight but not based the actual item

I’d wait to see…. Dem mus find dem! Also do they have cameras there? My shipping company (ASAP) not only scans each package in front of you but they have cameras that captures everything. I had a similar incident once with them & they ran the camera and realized it fell the following day & I was good to go.
