@kingsroar: she’s so me…oh how i love you lumine…i will forever never understand the argument that she’s selfish just because she isn’t the self righteous hero everyone assumes she is. lumine herself even says that she isn’t a hero everyone just views that her way. her inner world was described as being filled with longing and kindness, and yet people act as if she has to be selfless and full of justice when everything she’s ever done is either becuase of a close bond she shares with someone or for the sake of continuing her journey. lumine isn’t selfish for wanting to do things for herself and not people from a new world that she barely even knows. no it’s not selfish for her to choose to trust (who she thought was) her brother of 500+ years over lauma who she met like a week ago. and yes, it was hypocritical for her to use the abyss power the moment aether told her to, but people tend to ignore how emotional she is. she misses her brother desperately and she carries such a heavy burden. not to mention rerir was actively guilting her for not trusting him. is it really so unreasonable to want to spend one more fleeting adventure with your blood family that you’ve been separated from for 500+ years? instead of seeing her desperation and want to be with her family again the whole fandom just collectively bashed on her, as if she owes anything to lauma or the frost moon scions or even teyvat in general. she doesn’t, and it’s not selfish to choose the family you’ve been to countless worlds with over your temporary destination. #luminegenshinimpact #GenshinImpact #lukai #luminegenshin #genshinlumine
