@tylerpath: The sneakiest mistake you can make on hip thrusts is allowing your lower back to extend and go into anterior pelvic tilt at the top. If you notice a little bit of lower back pain when doing this exercise, this is likely the culprit. Now, the cue I like to use that helps me avoid going into lower back anterior pelvic tilt is to think about "scooping" my hips from the bottom or another cue is to contract even harder so squeeze as hard as you can and you’ll feel that your hips will want to tilt into posterior pelvic tilt (opposite of anterior pelvic tilt). #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
