Hey! I hope this message reaches you!! I’m from Spain, the sun here is really strong lol I also have sun allergy my skin is really sensitive. If you are coming to Spain go to a pharmacy and get a sunscreen that is from the brand ISDIN there is one specifically for solar allergies. That’s been a staple for me in summer!

Hiiii derm girl here! Make sure your sunscreen active ingredients at the very top on the back of bottles say zinc and titanium only! If it doesn’t is not blocking the UVA rays like you thing they are!

I have it and I now go to the tanning bed year round and keep a base tan. It has helped so much!! I no longer get it.

UV protective clothing and a UV umbrella when you walk around! They make uv clothing that looks like lulu jackets and umbrellas small enough to fit in your purse

My doctor told me that Allegra is one of the weaker allergy meds. I’ve been taking it for over a year wondering why I’m still struggling and he said to get Zyrtec instead. It changed everything! I hope you have the best vacation!❤️

Can you swim at all in the sun? I was like this as a kid and luckily grew out of it and I couldn’t swim in the sun unless it was really cloudy outside

Girl they have you on the same regimen as mcas. I'd look into the symptoms to see if you might have mcas too. I didnt know until I was 21ish
