hear me out. Food process your peanuts a bit, too. it will be easier to eat...and then top the fudge with sea salt and a bit of the ground peanuts. When its served, top with whipped cream and a cherry. 😁

They did you dirty.. it needs a layer of chocolate fudge on the cookies BEFORE the ice cream also. Sounds like you need to make it again! My coworkers said she used to make it with coffee ice cream.. we also tossed around trying mint chocolate chip or peanut chip ice cream.
