THIS 🙌 I'm a florist, and on my first day in a shop at 17 years old, the head florist training me said "this is a flower shop. It's not rocket science, we're not doing brain surgery, and any mistakes you make are completely fixable" and I've NEVER forgotten it. I own my own floral business now and live by that quote 💚 Thanks Ann!

I had something similar to this when I started as a massage therapist after working retail. I thought I'd be in big trouble with my clinic or have to reschedule everyone myself when I woke up sick, but my office manager handled everything and told me to just go back to sleep and rest. I considered that undoing some trauma from working horrible retail jobs for so many years
