I filed a complaint and called them. They offered me a $10 credit for the next 6 months. Once that credit ends, Iโm switching services โ๐ฝ. I was with Sprint for over 20 years, and had no choice about the merge. I was loyal and stayed with T-Mobile. Nuh uhโฆnot anymore.
