Period diapers are AMAZING! I’ve had a hysterectomy but I put my daughters on to them (they were a little hesitant at first) but now they Love them! Discs are great and now they only use tampons occasionally, makes their periods much easier. All the hygiene products specific to feminine care, PMS gummies and all the supplements plus midol 🙌🏼 I had nothing and no one to get me through periods as a young girl and I make sure my girls have literally everything on the market in hopes they can be as comfortable as possible

The poop bags are 10/10. I HATE going to other peoples houses and having to just wrap my tampons in toilet paper and hope they don’t unravel so they see them when they take the trash out. I’m adding these to my purse immediately.

Definitely recommend these kinds of pads as well, I have a very heavy flow due to PCOS and endometriosis, and if I don’t have on period underwear or period diapers these are the best pads, to feel secure but not feel like it’s a diaper on (like some pads)

Love the discs!! Haven’t wore a tampon in years!! Maybe add latex gloves to use for those! It’s a game changer especially to cut down mess.

I’ve purchased the Thermal heating pads otc during that time, since didn’t have heating pad. It did help. My nieces use them now, of course I’ve had a hysterectomy. But a heating pad did help for me
