@sikfankitchen: Potato carrot zucchini pancake with egg 🍳 it’s kinda like a rosti… Kinda like a hash brown but better! 
🌸Ingredients:
- potato
- carrots 
- zucchini 
- tapioca or corn starch 
- green onions 
- 2 eggs 
- salt
- garlic powder 
- white pepper 
🌸Instructions: 
1. Shred potatoes, rinse off the starch and dry well 
2. Shred carrots and zuchinni and dry well 
3. Mix together with an egg, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, chopped green onion and some tapioca starch or corn starch 
4. Pan fry it with a hole in the middle 
5. Flip it and add an egg in the center
7. Cook until egg is done 
8. Serve & Enjoy! 💕
