@steph.saving.strands: A dermatologist told me it was androgenic alopecia. At first, it grew back. So I ignored it. But in my 20s, I slowly watched my hair disappear. And with it, my confidence. Hair loss consumed every thought. Morning mirrors. Nighttime prayers. Every strand on my clothes felt like a loss. I felt out of control. let it affect my relationships. My job opportunities. My social life. All while my hair kept getting worse anyway. Life was passing me by. And I didn't want to miss it. So even when it was hard, I kept showing up. If this found you, you're not dramatic. And you're not alone. I'm sharing my journey because too many women are struggling with this in silence. #hairthinning #femalehairloss #androgenicalopecia #pcosproblems #hairlossjourney
