Its rotation, lighting, and camera position shift as you move through the page. The typography stretches and snaps into place using GSAP, with timing adjusted to match the scroll speed. I also added a horizontal gallery with Swiper.js and Framer Motion, so each panel scales and fades as it reaches the center. Lenis keeps the entire experience smooth and controlled.
