@itskaraj: If you’re looking to splurge on one incredible meal in Las Vegas, make it Bazaar Meat in the Venetian. We did the José Tasting Menu, and it was worth every single penny. It all started with these liquid olives that literally exploded in your mouth. Then came my absolute favorite course—the caviar and crème fraîche cones. I could’ve eaten ten of those! The one dish I wasn’t so sure about? Cotton candy wrapped around foie gras. I’m glad I tried it because it was definitely an experience… but I don’t think I’d order it again. Then we got to try one of the most expensive meats in the world—Ibérico pork that’s raised on huge open pastures and fed acorns. It was unbelievably rich and flavorful. We also had an incredible rolled beef and buffalo course that was just as impressive. I’m honestly so bummed because there were several more beautiful dishes with amazing presentations… but my phone died before I could film them! If you’re headed to Vegas and want a truly unforgettable dining experience, I can’t recommend Bazaar Meat enough.
