How you actually do this, how you think about your routine, and not just what you use. This is also part two because there was a lot more I wanted to get into haha. This time about some of those approaches and mindsets. Some of it is simpler than people expect, because it starts with the little things. Like being gentle instead of scrubbing your face raw, or giving something more than a week before you decide it’s not working. But some of it is harder, like managing stress or shifting how you think about your skin in the first place. That part takes time, and that’s perfectly okay.
