honestly I dont know much abt CRPS but I hear it's painful. My problems probably dont compare but I have Disc Degenerative Disease, Herniated Disc, Retrolithesis, cracks in my spine, and Epidural Lipomatosis all in my lower back. Its the most painful thing ive been through. Its been 3 years of constant pain everyday. I had them at 13 now im 16 and almost everyday im crying myself to sleep.

I call it ‘wake apnea’…all of a sudden you realize you’re not breathing anymore. Usually I startle myself into breathing again. Freaks people out, especially if it’s at the drs office 😏

It’s so scary when it happens! I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone. I’m sorry you also have to go through this. Stay strong and keep fighting I know it’s hard but keep being brace and strong like you have been. My favorite verse is Isaiah 43:2 it reminds me that no matter what we go through He is always there’s❤️
