@thesuspectzone: Today we would have been celebrating the 67th birthday of Trent Robert Olsen—but instead, we are remembering a life taken far too soon. On February 14, 1982, 22-year-old Trent Olsen was involved in a tragic and violent altercation outside the “One More Time Club” in Salt Lake City, Utah. After an argument with three unidentified men, the situation escalated into a deadly attack in a nearby parking area where Trent was stabbed multiple times. Despite his severe injuries, Trent made a desperate attempt to save himself—driving his Corvette toward the hospital. Sadly, he crashed just across from safety and later passed away from his wounds. The case remains unsolved to this day. Investigators described three male suspects in their mid-twenties, with dark hair and medium complexions, who fled the scene in two vehicles, including a blue Camaro or Caprice with a white vinyl top and a white late-70s Datsun or Toyota Corolla. Newer cold case efforts have revisited key details, including reports that one of the vehicles may have had red-painted wheel rims. Decades later, answers are still needed.
