PC is such à la subjective statement. In court the officer will say” she was displaying suspicious behavior,” the court will rely on the officer’s yrs of service and rule that he has enough experience that suspension is justified. This case makes that point.

I hate to say this, but she is right. They had no PC to even call a K9, and under the 4th amendment, history and nervousness are not PC. I'm shocked the judge ruled against.

WTF......the privilege here was crazy. She already had a prior record. They found drugs in her car. And she had a gun. Having a gun, whether if registered or not, around illegal drugs is supposed to trigger mandatory minimums. Prior record, gun and drugs....only 270 days in jail.
