10 minutes. Full meal. This is the kind of recipe you make when you’re busy, hungry, and still want something that actually tastes good. Tried one of the new Easy Pasta flavors from Aldoha — Cheesy Jalapeño, and honestly… this came together way better than a “quick meal” has any right to. Steps: Cook the sausage: Remove the casing from the sausages using a knife. In a hot pan, add the sausage meat and break it up into smaller pieces. Cook on medium-high heat until deeply browned and flavorful. Build the sauce: Add milk directly into the pan. Add the seasoning sachet from the Easy Pasta pack and mix well until smooth with no clumps. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta from the package in salted water for 6 minutes (package says 8, but we’re finishing it in the oven). Bring it together: Add the pasta into the sausage sauce and mix well. Transfer to an oven dish. Cheese + broil: Top with lots of shredded cheese. Place under the broiler/grill until melted and golden. Done. Creamy, spicy, cheesy, crispy top… and made in basically no time. Ingredients (2 servings): 1 pack Aldoha Easy Pasta – Cheesy Jalapeño (also available in Truffle & Mbakbaka flavors) 200g sausage 1½ cups milk 1 cup shredded cheese Water + salt for boiling pasta Honestly… these new Easy Pasta flavors are perfect when you need something fast that still feels like real food.
