It's very easy to see from the comments who needs to go back and retake the written and practical driving test. The guy trying to merge very simple concept, and I don't think it matters what state you're in, or even in this case, what country you're in?I'm pretty sure the driver's handbook is gonna say that for the highway traffic act (here in Canada, probably have similar laws in the US) That the driver trying to merge is legally required to find a safe way to do so. Not to force his way in, causing an accident. The fact that the guy that was trying to merge was found one hundred percent at fault for the accident, kind of speaks to that. So the rest here supporting the felon.I'm assuming are only doing so.Because of his skin color
