Honestly, I didn't expect The First Jasmine to feel this close to real life. The opening scenes immediately hooked me because of Ye Li’s stubbornness to break Xiu Yao's walls honestly, who has that kind of energy nowadays? Most girls would pack their bags instantly, I also love that the drama didn't make Xiu Yao a perfect male lead. His impulsive divorce due to deep pain was flawed but totally understandable. Watching him later protect her peace at Mount Li while she slowly processed everything was just beautiful. This story is a reality check that love is messy and full of trials, but true strength is about learning to forgive and heal together ❤️🔥

This show is really fantastic! No longer a pursuit of revenge, but a genuine reflection of the various normal and complex mental states one experiences after being hurt. 😭Ye Li, with her powerful core, went through a great deal of pain alone, saving herself countless times. After so many years alone and lonely, Mo Xiuyao never uttered a word about Ye Li's protection, but the details were full of drama—pretending to fall asleep to let her approach to gather evidence and secretly clearing obstacles for her, yet never claiming credit. This unspoken deep affection is more powerful than any straightforward confession.❤️I particularly enjoyed the scene where the empress dowager summoned two princesses. Ye Li spoke softly, yet every word carried weight. It seemed as though she was recounting her own experiences, but in reality, it left the empress dowager speechless. This main female character, who wins with her brain rather than shouting, is truly very charming.💪

saying goodbye to MoLi is so hard fr 😭 what i loved most about #TheFirstJasmine is how Ye Li and Mo Xiuyao's relationship was built so slowly and genuinely, not the typical dramatic love story, more like two broken people quietly becoming each other's anchor. my favourite scene has to be when Mo Xiuyao came home drunk after giving her the divorce papers, brought gifts, then fell asleep in her room with tears on his face. that scene broke me because that's when you realise how much he actually felt but never knew how to say it. Bai Lu and Cheng Lei carried every emotion with so much restraint and it hit even harder because of that. this drama stayed with me long after it ended 😽

I resonate with everyone's emotions about completing The First Jasmine. From their filming days, I was instantly captivated and firmly decided to watch this drama because, honestly, Bai Lu and Cheng Lei are my ideal couple. The play made such a strong impact on me that I felt utterly crushed after viewing it. As a passionate admirer of Chinese dramas, I can say that The First Jasmine is truly one of the best Chinese dramas of the year. The moment that really struck me was in episode 32 when Ye Li dashed into the back of the Lishan Mountain, only to find it empty; she genuinely thought her grandfather and all of her masters were simply harvesting. From that moment, I am highly impressed by the acting skills of Bai Lu and Cheng Lei, and I think no one else could execute that scene as flawlessly as they did. Another instance occurs in episode 33, when Mo Xiuyao musters the courage to reveal the complete truth to Ye Li, allowing her to finally escape the solitude she had endured since the epidemic claimed everyone else's lives, leaving her as the sole survivor who witnessed their tragic demise. That moment brought me to tears as I empathized with Ye Li's anguish from losing her loved ones and Mo Xiuyao's heartbreak upon realizing how much his beloved has endured on her own.

I liked the two main characters the most in The First Jasmine. Throughout the show, you can see Yu Li and Mo Xiuyao slowly open up and relying on one another. Two very independent people, learns to trust each other.🌸

Episode 32, when he apologizes to her and slowly helps her leave her loneliness behind, bringing her back to the real present by his side. Without a doubt, such a beautiful story. I loved it. Mo XiuYao is one of my favorite characters this year❤️

I can't get over how beautifully messy and realistic the dynamic is in The First Jasmine. Seeing Ye Li consistently try to soften Xiu Yao’s heart in the beginning was so refreshing and inspiring. Even when Xiu Yao let his pain cloud his judgment and pushed for a divorce, you could still feel the depth of his character, especially later through his patient guidance at Mount Li. Big thanks to the entire team behind this project. They created a masterpiece that reminds us that real love is about making mistakes, facing hurdles, and still choosing each other in the end💖

I also loved how Mo Xiu Yao always protected and supported her. Their trust, respect, and unwavering devotion to each other made them such an unforgettable couple. The beauty of The First Jasmine lies in its unfiltered take on love and healing. Watching Ye Li consistently invest her heart into breaking down Xiu Yao’s defenses at the start was incredibly moving. The narrative handles human vulnerability so well Xiu Yao’s abrupt choice to walk away in the midst of his agony felt raw and believable, which made his eventual tenderness and guidance at Mount Li feel earned. The creators deserve all the praise for a script that values growth over perfection, showing that love is worth the struggle. A profound piece of work 🌹✨

Literally can’t move on from The First Jasmine, The chemistry and the bittersweet plot are just top tier. Honestly, Ye Li is built different most girls nowadays would leave after one rejection, but her energy to melt Xiu Yao's heart from day one was insane. And can we talk about Xiu Yao? Divorcing her out of pure heartbreak was a massive mistake, but honestly, it made him look so human and relatable. The Mount Li episodes buried me the way he just stayed by her side and let her process the reality slowly was so soft. This drama hits hard because it’s not a perfect fairy tale. It’s a real life reminder that love is messy, full of trials, and mistakes, but it's always worth it when two people choose forgiveness 😭❤️

The First Jasmine stole my heart because it feels so close to real life. I love seeing Ye Li's determination to melt Xiu Yao's heart from the very beginning, showing a strength most girls wouldn't have. Xiu Yao’s character is also deeply human, his mistake in divorcing Ye Li out of heartbreak was relatable, but his patience in guiding her at Mount Li showed his true love. This drama isn't a flawless fairy tale. It perfectly shows that love is full of trials and mistakes, but what matters most is the willingness to forgive and heal together. Thank you for this amazing masterpiece! 🎬🔥

What makes The First Jasmine so special is how closely it mirrors real life relationships. I love the dynamic in the beginning where Ye Li endlessly tries to soften Xiu Yao's heart, showcasing a rare resilience that you rarely see nowadays. Xiu Yao’s flaws also grounded the story his impulsive divorce out of sheer pain was understandable, but his patience in guiding her at Mount Li was pure perfection. I want to give a massive shoutout to the entire team for creating a story where characters actually make mistakes, face endless obstacles, and yet still find their way back to one another. Thank you for delivering such an authentic and emotionally raw masterpiece🌹🌟

When Mo Xiuyao saw all those letters Ye Li wrote but never sent, guilt, grievance and self-reproach hit him hard all at once. He was totally overcome by these feelings, didn’t even bother changing out of his formal official clothes, and his hair went white overnight.😿 I shed too many tears for both of them.

Goodbye to MoLi. Fave scene: she is overwhelmed by their love and goes to the shop early because solace is what she understands better. He wakes up and follows her because he will not let her be alone in her emotions anymore. Him kneeling and adoring her. 🥰

I really don't want to part with them 🥹 they're two of my most favorite actors in the industry and I was overjoyed when I learned about MoLi 🫂 It's a wish granted indeed. . What I like about #TheFirstJasmine is its sense of belongingness. Ye Li spent 5 years isolated in Lishan Academy and when she returned even her Ye Family didn't want to fully accept her either. Ding Wangfu became her new home. Even though Mo Xiuyao didn't want her as his wife at first, he never made her feel like an outsider. Saozi (Ms. Wen) also did the same. She always cared and valued Ye Li. Even Mo Wuyou, became her best friend in the mansion. Ding Wangfu kept thanking Ye Li for saving them, giving colors to their already fading lives, and making them see hope again, but in reality, they also did a huge favor for Ye Li. They treated her so much like a family, better than her biological family ever did. It's so heartwarming that they found solace in each other 🥹. It comforted me so much when Saozi (Ms. Wen) ran all the way to Ye Li's courtyard just to share the news of Mo Xiuwen's innocence. They appreciated Ye Li and understood that it was not her fault why the imperial edict was taken by Muyang Hou. Overall, Mo Li gave us a steady pace, healthy relationship, and happy family. Although it all started as "keeping a promise", in the end, everything still fell into place, giving us an excellent drama. Job well done to #BaiLu and #ChengLei for successfully capturing everyone's heart and absolutely doing great in portraying Ye Li and Mo Xiuyao. 🫂❤️‍🩹 I will always be their Jasmine!

My favorite scene would be the part when Mo Xiuyao could stand up again after years of being stuck in the wheelchair. The look of happiness when he realized that he was once again on his legs was a powerful and satisfying moment that highlighted his resilience and determination throughout the painful experience. I also love how Cheng Lei expressed the moment - subtle expressions but yet delivering powerful emotions.

My favorite scene was when Mo Xiu Yao finally found Ye Li on Lishan. And the first thing she ask is "why is your hair gray?". it shows how much Ye Li truly cares and love him despite what happened and being divorced. 🍐&🍆 forever.
