Remove the silver skin… you see that yellow thing you remove from the center, that’s called silver skin. It’s not to be chewed and it’ll toughen the gizzard 2. ⁠Add meat tenderizers. The commercial ones are okay but leaves aftertaste so use natural tenderizers like garlic, ginger and herbs like rosemary 3. ⁠Use a wet marinade or seasoning blend. If you use dry mix, pls mix with water to turn it into a paste first. We don’t want dry gizzard over here 4. ⁠ Cook gizzard on low to medium heat. Heat denatures that protein into a block 😂.
