i was diagnosed at 10 years old. most of my friends are adhd or autistic. I have a huge collection of nail polish and also would keep old containers of hubba bubba because i liked the smell 😅

Heavy on the "I learned words that I can use to describe situations but no one else understands them..." I'll say stuff to my mom and she'll say "oh I don't think you used that word correctly" then I have to pull up dictionary.com because I'll be damned if anyone thinks I don't know the definition of words I use.

on the topic of big very specific vocabulary - this has also caused me a problem cus a lot of ppl who are above me in a hierarchy, like at work, get mad and think I am challenging them when I use words they don't know.
