when did DPC come?... the best solution is... do the normal ratio.. 2 wheelbarrow of sand for 1 bag and 1 and half barrow of sand for waterlogged area... simple... u will thank me later..

Oga what you are explaining is Damp proof membrane (DPM) not damp proof course( DPC)

When no be house wey dey water area , wetin u need dpc for, plaster your wall, floor the compound, put drainage on your roof.. leave dpc for people wey dey live beside river
