Nalongo Maggie Kaweesi's tentative burial program has been announced following her passing due to malaria-related complications. Maggie, who was the mother of late singer AK47's twin children, leaves behind three children in total. Her death has left family, friends, and many Ugandans mourning the loss of a beloved mother. A vigil was held on Monday night at the family's home in Katabi, Entebbe, where relatives, friends, and well-wishers gathered to pay their last respects and offer support to the grieving family. According to the burial arrangements, Nalongo Maggie Kaweesi will be laid to rest on Saturday, 25th July 2026, at Kibbugga Village, Butambala District. Funeral prayers are scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by the burial ceremony.
