Well, it’s a funny theory but wrong. 1.) That wasn’t Nick Fury that spoke to Peter, that was a Skrull. 2.) If Tony’s motivation to seek out Peter and take him under his wing was that he found out about Peter’s parents, then how would it make sense that he found out after Civil War? 3.) Tony bringing Peter on board is a plot hole in the first place, everyone just forgives it because it gave us Spider-Man in the MCU and the first movie to have Spidey interacting with other heroes from Marvel. If anything, it’s probably going to be revealed to have been Hulk in BND. Which has comic precedent because that’s what happened in the original Ultimate comics.

Would this then also mean that hydra/shield is responsible for creating the spider that bit peter? Since as far as I'm aware, we don't know how he got those powers in the MCU version, and since Oscorp doesn't exist, there must be some other scientists working on spiders.
