Humans offset accountability by creating entities like corporations LLCs basically non-living entities that are established on paper.. It’s the same lack of accountability that’s in the government.

Therein lay the paradox. Everyone has had their grubby mitts on it. No-one wants to take accountability for it. When - not if - when an accident occurs, the nightmare litigation that's about to explode into the court system will result in an avalanche that will perhaps lead to total chaos. We'll see.
