@apollonnis_: It all began in the early 2000s, with the opening of the first ‘Dover Street Market’ concept stores. These shops, created by Rei Kawakubo, the founder of Comme des Garçons, were among the first to include Chrome Hearts in their product range. This showcase in one of the fashion world’s most famous stores propelled Richard Stark and his Chrome Hearts brand into the hearts of Tokyo’s trendy youth. The collaborations centre on Comme des Garçons shirts reimagined by Chrome Hearts, which has added its famous .925 sterling silver buttons, as well as T-shirts printed with the logos of both brands. Recently, Chrome Hearts has also collaborated directly with the Dover Street Market concept store. As usual, Chrome Hearts has released these collaborations as ultra-limited editions.
