Okay so it's half and half. Yes, coca cola may have ambitions to be the overall liquid drink to satisfy, refresh and make a difference but saying their competitors aren't Pepsi is misleading to say the least. They have gone ahead to produce several variants of beverages and might probably go into teas, water, juices etc but there's a reason for niching and Cocal cola won't be who they are if they saw water as their competitor. Pepsi is their competitor, same with Keurig, Nestle and Red Bull company. Your idea is sound but can be misleading. You can't also say you own a gym and then look to cater to people that drink slimming tea. You can't be everywhere at once if you have no solid foundation to stand on and it is from that foundation you find your strength, weaknesses, opportunity, threat AND competition lol

Whoever wants a sneaker for exercise won’t choose leather shoes or sandals for exercise simply because bespoke sandals looked better Dan a NIKE SNEAKER they rather go for another Sneaker brand like AIR or JORDAN.
