Sir, the biggest issue at Woodlands check point is not ICA clearance but lack of busses during peak times that causes very long queues. If this can be addressed, it will be a great help to the thousands who commute to work every day.

My suggestion, the lorries obstructing too much in/out both ways.....especially they BLOCK the car zone , even at times bus lanes too, ica should study carefully and divert all lorries to TUAS ..... AND ALSO those MPV cars divert to bus lane similar what TUAS practicing, those MPV's taking too much time in car zones

This is for workers who use the factory bus. How about the main customs/immigration checkpoint? A lot of people are lined up, and it adds an extra 30 minutes to traveling hours.

This is just my suggestion. I think Tour busses and CW busses should be allowed to use the lorry lane. Factory busses and SBS busses 170X , 170 ,160 can continue using the upper lane. After passenger scan their passport,their queue became very long.This arrangement could help reduce congestion and shorten the waiting time.

the thing is they clear the bus/lorry lane very slowly. so it will almost take 2 to 3 hrs for the company bus or van to reach down there.

The traffic at the normal bus station after the checkpoint clearance is really bad because there aren't enough buses. It's even worse than before. The queue is backed up all the way to the customs checkpoint.
