@delaneymckee.21: #CapCut Went from a perfectly healthy 21 year old - to 12 consecutive grand mal seizures and being put into an induced coma + intubated+ a skull fracture.. in a matter of SECONDS.. .. I thank God every day that I recovered quickly and completely fine… physically at least.. I will NEVER forget to look on my mom, dad, step mom, brother, sister, grand parents and my best friend that witnessed it all, when I woke up. NEVER. Addiction is a disease- and it’s not one to be taken lightly in the slightest.. I never thought smth like that would happen to me.. and I was ‘never that bad’ .. until it did. It took me quite literally completely flat lining.. twice.. to realize what and who I’ve become. Acknowledging .. accepting and understanding you have a problem and need help.. DOES NOT in ANYWAY make you weak or less than anyone else. If anything it proves just how strong and determined you are. Don’t be like me- I had to hit rock bottoms BASEMENT and the literal brink of death to realize just how bad it was. If no one has told you- I love you and you are worth fighting for. ❤️#survived #addiction #traumahealing #youareloved
