Ho dovuto aspettare tutto questo tempo per alcune cose burocratiche, che non riguardano Cantone e neanche il team meraviglioso che ci ha accompagnato in questi anni. Questo video l’ho registrato, cancellato e rifatto non so quante volte. Perché ci sono decisioni che non si riescono a spiegare fino in fondo e perché certe emozioni fanno fatica a stare dentro un video. Quello che so è che in questi anni abbiamo costruito qualcosa di meraviglioso. Vita da Fuorisede è stata molto più di una pagina: è stata casa, famiglia, amicizia, crescita. Mi ha fatto conoscere persone incredibili e mi ha regalato alcuni dei ricordi più belli della mia vita. E tra questi c’è sicuramente Cantone. Abbiamo condiviso un percorso che nessuno potrà mai cancellare: sacrifici, soddisfazioni, momenti difficili e momenti che ancora oggi faccio fatica a credere siano stati reali. Per questo gli vorrò sempre bene e gli sarò sempre grata. A volte, però, crescere significa anche accettare che le strade possano prendere direzioni diverse. Non perché venga meno l’affetto o il rispetto, ma semplicemente perché la vita cambia, noi cambiamo e cambiano anche i sogni che vogliamo inseguire. Oggi sento il bisogno di dedicarmi a una nuova versione di me stessa. Lascio Vita da Fuorisede con il cuore pieno di gratitudine, sapendo che continuerà ad essere una realtà bellissima e che resterà nelle migliori mani possibili. Grazie per ogni messaggio, ogni risata, ogni evento, ogni incontro e per aver fatto parte di questo viaggio. Alcune storie non finiscono. Si trasformano. E questa, per me, sarà sempre una delle più belle. ❤️

When I started my page, I did it because it wanted to watch myself grow as an educator and really just my first year teaching. I never intended on this becoming another job that I now get to share with hundreds of thousands of you. I’ve shared my heart a lot this school year, and have been comforted to know that a lot of you have been in the same boat with me. I am SO proud of you. Of us! It felt only right to let you know the real & honest feeling of happiness that the year is over. And if you haven’t had these feels, I am still just as proud of you for making it through! Year 3 has taught me a lot, but most importantly, it’s shown me how important it is to rely on Jesus & the ones you love. Wrapping up 3 year makes me emotional because it’s the first year I’ve had where these feeling aren’t full of sadness, they’re joy and relief. I still have some end of year things I’m going to share, but I’ll be taking a lot of time and just enjoying my summer & I hope you’ll do the same. 💛
