One of the hardest places to be isn’t failure: it’s untapped potential. It’s knowing you’re capable of more while having no clear picture of what “more” is supposed to look like. People see your strengths and tell you, “You’re going to do amazing things,” but no one talks about how overwhelming it can be when you have ten possible paths and none of them feel certain. The pressure isn’t just about choosing a career. It’s about wondering whether the next decision will move you closer to the life you’re meant to build or farther away from it. That uncertainty can become exhausting, especially for people who carry high expectations for themselves. The interesting thing is that clarity rarely comes before movement. Most people don’t discover their calling by thinking about it long enough; they discover it by taking one imperfect step, learning something new, adjusting, and taking the next one. Confidence is usually built in motion, not in certainty. Potential isn’t a destination. It’s a starting point. And sometimes the next right move isn’t the perfect move; it’s simply the one that gives you enough information to make the move after that. The people who eventually seem like they “had it all figured out” often spent years feeling exactly like this. The difference wasn’t that they had less confusion. They just stopped waiting for confusion to disappear before they started living.

I feel the exact same way. Totally confused. I don't know how to get a clarity. But I think we are looking for certainty than clarity. We can see the paths but don't know which one will give us positive outcome. We just need assurance or positive hope to choose a path.
