From my understanding, the 1 pear, 1 beetroot,and 1 onion blended in 1litre of water is for 3days, after which u prepare another batch till ur next period then u stop. For those saying it's just for 3days, I don't think she meant u should stop the process completely after 3days. If I'm wrong pls correct me.
