I also think the Bank failed the good people of Ghana and the top management of Exim Bank should not be left off the hook.The question is, which due diligent was done before the loan was disbursed, it is a shame for a client to used a proforma invoice as a receipt to secure a loan facility. How on earth can u convince me that a Bank with expertise and internal auditors failed to raised a red flag in regards to the documents presented. Exim bank has a lot of questions to answer.
