Plan access changed. Fable 5 is included for up to 50% of weekly usage limits through July 7 for Pro, Max, Team, and select Enterprise plans; after that it moves to usage credits — originally it was going to be a standard subscription feature, so this is a temporary billing structure. They also announced ongoing stuff (a shared industry framework for rating jailbreaks, deeper US government collaboration, a HackerOne bounty program), but none of that affects your day-to-day use.
